1. Agreement

By creating an account on core.dapita.net or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DAPITA LTD (Company Number 16634395), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. Services

DAPITA LTD provides DAPITA Core — a self-hosted sandboxed application engine distributed as licensed software. Our services include: license management, plugin distribution, the BaaS API, the Algo AI API, the DAPITA App directory, and related documentation.

3. Licensing

DAPITA Core and its plugins are proprietary software licensed to you under a yearly or lifetime license depending on the bundle purchased. A license grants you the right to install and operate DAPITA Core on the number of installations specified by your license tier. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software without written permission from DAPITA LTD.

Source code is disclosed to license holders for audit and modification purposes. You may modify the software for your own use. You may not distribute modified versions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person or legal entity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with notice — existing licenses remain at their purchased price until renewal. Launch pricing tiers have limited monthly slots as described on the presale pages; slot availability resets on the 1st of each month.

6. License Expiration

If your yearly license expires, the DAPITA Core engine and installed plugins continue to run on your server. Plugin updates pause and the plugin marketplace stops serving new downloads to your installation. No data is deleted. You may renew at any time to restore full functionality including updates and marketplace access.

7. Entity License

The Entity license is a one-time purchase of £999 that grants lifetime ownership of the Core bundle (engine + core plugins). It additionally includes one year of any other bundle (E-commerce or Full Commerce) at no extra cost. Entity licenses are limited to 5,000 worldwide. After the included year, additional bundles must be renewed at standard yearly prices.

8. Self-Hosted Installations

DAPITA Core is installed on servers you provide and control. You are responsible for server security, backups, and compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. DAPITA LTD has no access to your installation's data unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use DAPITA Core for any lawful purpose. You may not use our services (license management, BaaS, Algo, App directory) to facilitate activities that are illegal under UK law or the law of your jurisdiction. We do not monitor or review the content hosted on your self-hosted installations.

10. Intellectual Property

DAPITA Core, its plugins, documentation, branding, and associated code are the intellectual property of DAPITA LTD. Plugins you create using the AI Architect or manually are your intellectual property. Third-party plugins published on the marketplace remain the property of their respective developers.

11. Limitation of Liability

DAPITA LTD provides the software "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAPITA LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. DAPITA LTD may terminate your account for material breach of these terms with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your license rights cease but your self-hosted installations continue to operate with the last installed version.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email to registered users. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
